Mimi's Red Velvet cake is best described as a hybrid of vanilla and chocolate cake and the perfect cake for the undecided. Buttermilk is added to the mix to give a luxurious velvety textured sponge and a beetroot extract gives the cake its striking red colour which is revealed once cut. Finished with a cream cheese frosting it's a best seller and one of our favourites!
